California Taxpayers Coalition Endorses John Peschong for Supervisor
Templeton, CA– Small business owner and candidate for San Luis Obispo County Supervisor, John Peschong has received the endorsement of the California Taxpayers Coalition (CTC).
Recently formed, the CTC has quickly earned a reputation for its work to encourage limited government and free enterprise, while protecting taxpayers’ rights.
When asked about the endorsement, John Franklin, CTC President said, “For decades, John has demonstrated a commitment to fighting government overreach and protecting taxpayers’ rights.”
A third-generation Californian, John Peschong has lived in, and advocated for, the Central Coast and its families for nearly twenty years. John is the founder of the Central Coast Taxpayers Association, he was recently recognized as the 2016 Hero of the Taxpayer, and has been a lifelong defender of Proposition 13.
John is also a small business owner and dedicated member of his community. He has volunteered and supported numerous local organizations, including: the Templeton Education Foundation, Paso Robles Children Museum, Cattlemen’s Association, San Luis Obispo County Farm Bureau, and the local 4-H. He is also the former President to the Central Coast Taxpayers Association and Lincoln Club of San Luis Obispo, and spent nearly a decade as a gubernatorial appointee to the Mid-State Fair Board of Directors.
John Peschong is running for First District Supervisor, which includes the City of Paso Robles as well as the communities of Templeton, Heritage Ranch, San Miguel, Shandon, Adelaida, and Oak Shores. He lives in Templeton with his wife, Anna, and their two children.
